08088At Chotoo Babu, we value your trust and want you to have a smooth shopping experience with us. Our toys are carefully selected and checked before shipping. However, if you face any issue with your order, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged on delivery, or not as described.
  • To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return.

2. Return Request Timeline

  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery if you wish to return a product.
  • After this period, we will not be able to accept return requests.

3. Return Process

  • Contact our support team at support@chotoobabu.com or call us at +880.
  • Provide your order ID, a description of the issue, and (if possible) clear photos of the product.
  • Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (for online payments) or through mobile banking/cash refund (for COD orders).

5. Exchanges

  • If you prefer, instead of a refund, you may request an exchange for the same product (subject to stock availability).
  • In case the product is unavailable, we will process a refund.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
  • Toys damaged after use
  • Clearance or discounted items (marked as “Final Sale”)
